Teresa and I decided to go for a walk with Max in the snow. We brought along our cameras.
The radiator in the Civic decided to develop a long hairline crack in it. So I ordered an aluminum Fluidyne radiator to replace it. The OEM price for a stock radiator was just as expensive. So far the Fluidyne seems to work just fine. It is a bit thicker than the stock one and getting the fan back in was a bit of a pain. I suppose those of you who don’t have a turbo wouldn’t have this problem. What’s really a PITA is getting the hoses back on. The in/out connections are also a bit larger than stock. It took me a while to coax them in. While I was in there, I went ahead and trimmed a piece that was contacting the downpipe.
